We package sharp goods with protection appropriate for normal transport. Open a parcel carefully and keep any exposed blade or point away from yourself and others. If a package is damaged or an item appears unsafe to handle, contact us before using it.

Returns and Customer Support

Our voluntary return policy allows requests for eligible goods within 30 calendar days after delivery. It explains product condition, safe return packaging, shipping arrangements and refund processing.
